Lebanon is primarily a bedroom community of approximately 6,000 permanent residents and approximately 14,000 in the summer months. The town has approximately 55.8 square miles with 54.7 square miles of land and 1.1 square miles of water.

Central Station is staffed as follows:
Saturday and Sunday 6am-6pm
Crews may not always be at the station during these hours as they may be out on emergency calls, training, inspections, or department business.
The Lebanon Fire-EMS Department has an active roll call of about forty dedicated men and women who respond to emergencies twenty fours a day, seven days a week to help their neighbors. Here is a short list of the some of the services we provide.
